Sometimes your computer stops working well, or
stops working altogether. The Computer Doctor is staffed with A+ certified technicians that have literally thousands of hours of experience building and repairing computers.
We work on almost all brands and our diagnostics fee is only $25.00. This $25.00 fee gets applied to the total labor charge as well. We also offer on-site service at your home or business for $60.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
In many cases, you might wish to call and talk it over with a service representative to determine if you should bring it in or have an on site service call.
In most cases unless the problem is with a peripheral device, the only thing we require is the computer itself. We don't need keyboard, cables, monitor, printer or anything else unless these items themselves are suspect. 90% of the time the problem lies within the computer itself.
If you are unsure, simply call us and describe the problem to us. We will tell you exactly what you need to bring in.
Our goal as far as turn around time in the past has been within 24-48 hours, but due to extremely heavy demand at peak times there may be as much as a three day wait. We will quote you an average wait time at the counter.
If this presents an extreme problem for you, please let us know and we can make an attempt to make your computer a higher priority.
This higher priority does not guarantee an immediate spot on the bench.
When you bring your computer in, please try to give the service technician specific items that you need repaired in order of importance.
We will make a list of these items and when you come to pick your computer up, we will go over that list to make sure it was all done
