When does my time start, if I live out of town do I have to pay for your driving time?

Your time will start when the driver arrives to pick you up and time will end when you are dropped off at your final destination.

What guidelines do you have for minors?

We at C & D Limousine have a minors in vehicle contract that must be signed by the renting parent and all minors in the vehicle.
